How long does it take to get set up?
Roof AI Core is built to be straightforward to roll out without a heavy onboarding / implementation process. This lets brokerages and teams get up and running right away!
Which area types are supported / unsupported?
Areas such as cities, communities and neighborhoods are supported. HOAs, points of interests, condo buildings, golf clubs, etc., aren't supported.
Do you support commercial property searches?
No, Roof AI does not currently support commercial property search.
What happens if the AI assistant can’t answer?
Your AI assistant will capture the contact information of the lead and notify you by email to reach out to them.
Can someone on my team take over the chat?
No, Roof AI does not support human live chat. All conversations are generated by Roof's AI engine. Whenever human intervention is needed, your AI assistant will send your customer care team an email notification with all the lead's contact information.
What formats are supported for agent roster feeds?
Roof AI can fetch the agent roster data from an API, a simple URL, or SFTP link. This feed is updated automatically twice per day (early morning and late evening).
Can the property recommendations cadence be customized?
Cadence cannot be changed or customized. This was built and tested on proven consumer data and behaviour across our entire network. Renter property recommendations will stop after 3 months, while buyer property recommendations will stop after 1 year.
Can email follow-up email time be customized?
Follow-up time is customizable, and can range between 1-3 hours during business hours. If a request is sent during off-hours, the follow-up is sent the next day during business hours. You also have the option to opt-out of email follow-ups altogether.
