Areas such as cities, communities and neighborhoods are supported. HOAs, points of interests, condo buildings, golf clubs, etc., aren't supported.
No, Roof AI does not currently support commercial property search.

No, Roof AI does not support human live chat. All conversations are generated by Roof's AI engine. Whenever human intervention is needed, your AI assistant will send your customer care team an email notification with all the lead's contact information.
Roof AI can fetch the agent roster data from an API, a simple URL, or SFTP link. This feed is updated automatically twice per day (early morning and late evening).
Cadence cannot be changed or customized. This was built and tested on proven consumer data and behaviour across our entire network. Renter property recommendations will stop after 3 months, while buyer property recommendations will stop after 1 year.
Follow-up time is customizable, and can range between 1-3 hours during business hours. If a request is sent during off-hours, the follow-up is sent the next day during business hours. You also have the option to opt-out of email follow-ups altogether.
