You should start on Free if...

• You want to see Roof AI working on your site before you pay anything
• You're a smaller team and 5 leads per month is enough to evaluate whether it works for you
• You want to keep your options open and upgrade only when you're ready

The Free tier gives you the core essentials: AI chat on every page of your website, real-time listing Q&A, lead profiles, and instant email lead notifications, but is limited to 5 leads per month.‍

You should be on Core if...

• You're consistently hitting the 5-lead cap on Free and don't want any interruption
• You want reliable, unlimited lead capture on your listing pages
• You're a small to mid-size brokerage that needs leads routed to your inbox and doesn't need advanced qualification yet

Core tier is the most common starting point for brokerages that want unlimited, uninterrupted lead capture as part of their everyday flow.

You should be on Intelligence if...

• You want to know more about your leads before you follow up: buyer vs. seller, mortgage status, timeline, whether they're already working with an agent, and more
• Your team is growing and you need leads routed to the right people, not just one inbox
• You've outgrown email-only routing and want to connect Roof AI to your CRM or lead router

Intelligence tier is for teams that have moved beyond just capturing leads and want to start working their leads smarter. The full qualification profile that's locked on Core and Free is available at this tier.

You should be on Full service if...

• You run multiple brands or offices and need a single solution that works across all of them
• You want automated lead follow-up, nurture campaigns, and escalations built into your workflow
• You need a dedicated success manager and SLA-backed support
• You want custom integrations, white-labeling, or brokerage-wide agent training

Full Service tier is for full-service brands that want to integrate AI into every part of their business, especially their core-services.

A note on upgrading

You can always start on a lower tier and move up. Your script install doesn't change when you upgrade, and your initial setup carries over. If you're unsure, start on either Free or Core tiers.
