Upgrading from a free to a paid plan
If your free plan is working and you’re ready for more lead volume, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
When you should upgrade
Most teams upgrade when:
- They're consistently hitting the 5-lead monthly cap
- They want uninterrupted lead capture with no monthly limit
- They want richer lead qualification, CRM routing, or lead type classification
- They're ready to connect Roof AI to their existing workflow

How to upgrade
You can upgrade directly from your account settings, no sales call required. Select the plan you want, enter your payment details, and confirm. Your new plan activates immediately.
When upgrades take effect
Your new plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed. The 5-lead cap lifts immediately – there's no waiting period and no gap in coverage.
Billing starts on the day you upgrade. Your next billing date will be one month or one quarter later, depending on the plan you choose.
What stays the same after you upgrade
- Your script install doesn’t change (in most cases) – you also won’t have to go through the setup process again
- Your routing inbox remains the same unless you want to update it
- Your assistant continues running without interruption
