Understanding your results
The different result types you'll see in Roof AI, what each one means, and how to read early performance.
Results in Roof AI show up in a few different ways, and they don't all mean the same thing. Here's what each one measures and how to think about it.
Key results
How to read early performance
In your first week, don't optimize – observe. You're establishing a baseline.
What to look for in week 1:
- Is the assistant loading and responding correctly on your listing pages?
- Are lead notifications reaching the right inbox?
- Are you seeing conversations, or silence? Silence usually means a script install issue, not a lead volume problem
What to look for in month 1:
- Are engagement rates consistent across listing pages, or concentrated on a few?
- Are intent signals converting to leads at a reasonable rate? If you're seeing lots of intent signals but few leads, your assistant may need to be more direct in capturing contact info
- Is lead routing working – are the right agents receiving the right leads?
Don't draw conclusions from your first week of data. A meaningful baseline takes 3-4 weeks of consistent traffic.
