Understanding add-ons

Add-ons let you extend Roof AI beyond what's included in your base plan. This article covers what's available, which plans support each add-on, and how to get them set up.

Available add-ons

CRM integration

Connect Roof AI to your CRM or lead router – like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or a similar platform – so leads are delivered directly into your existing workflow instead of, or alongside, email notifications.

This is available as an add-on for Core tier, and included on Intelligence and Full service tier. See Lead routing overview for more on how CRM routing works.

Mortgage

The Mortgage add-on gives your assistant a dedicated mortgage qualification and routing layer. Here's how it works:

• Qualifies mortgage leads in chat – the assistant asks visitors about their financing situation, pre-approval status, down payment plans, credit score range, and the listing they're interested in
• Routes mortgage leads separately – financing inquiries are sent to your mortgage specialist or lending partner, not your general lead inbox
• Keeps buyers moving – mortgage-related questions surface at the right moments in a conversation, so interested buyers get connected with your lending team before they drop off

This is particularly useful if your brokerage has an in-house mortgage team, a preferred lending partner, or if mortgage referrals are a meaningful part of your business.

Multi-website support

Running Roof AI across more than one website under the same account is especially useful for brokerages with multiple brands, markets, or microsites. Pricing is custom – email us to discuss.

Agent pages and domains

Deploy individual AI assistants on agent-specific pages or agent websites. Pricing is custom – email us to discuss.

How to add an add-on

Add-ons are not currently self-serve. To add one to your account, email support@roof.ai and include:

• Your company name
• The domain you're running Roof AI on
• The add-on you want to enable

We'll confirm availability for your plan and get it activated.
